HOW WE MEASURE THE OUTCOME AND PROVIDE SUPPORT

Course evaluation forms are given to learners at the end of the training session so that they evaluate the programme, facilitator, delivery method and the facilities provided. The client is also given an opportunity to assess the value of the programme based on the outcome of the productivity levels of learners after training as well as

the sales and services delivered. Pimots Enterprises provides post-training support in the form of telephone calls, e-mail and site visits to
clients to check if they need advice, support or further training to ensure high productivity levels
